Size: | All Sizes Considered, up to +/- 100 units |
Price Range: | Up to 25 Million |
Location: | NY Metropolitan Area & Long Island |
Deal Type: | Non-renovated with potential to increase rental income |
Focus: | 4+ transactions per year |
TERMS
- All cash or assume existing debt
- Purchasing property in as-is condition
- Quick due diligence and the ability to close within 10 business days if necessary
- Flexibility in meeting seller’s needs
